Hey, wassup everyone! I haven't done a non-vlog journal in a while, so here's one now. I'm finally moving on from college after a long ass time. I'm one of those people who takes classes because they sound fun and gets involved in like three clubs at once, so it wasn't really that hard to end up there for 8 years. But now I'm ready to move on and do adult shit! This summer is all about art, then in the fall I'm gonna get me a real adult person job. Maybe just part time since I want to still have a lot of time for art, but I'm not nearly at the point that I can support myself totally off of my art like I want to.
I've been doing a lot of big projects like paintings and comic stuff, so my art production has been much slower, hence the lower posting activity. I've been trying to get into craft fairs but so far no luck. I've just gotta keep trying and see how things work out.
Commissions are always open, so send me a PM if you're interested!
Reminder that I have a zine available!
Brain Fart Comix #1 is out both digitally and physically, new issue coming in fall. It's going to be bi-annual for the moment until it gets more popular. I might add an issue into rotation with submitted artwork, so stay tuned!

Checking In!
Hello everyone, figured I should check in since the first few months of 2024 have been slow in terms of posting. I'm changing how much I try to work on at once since my current life schedule doesn't allow as much multitasking as I used to do. I would also like to make DA close to portfolio quality in terms of what I share, so I've been posting less of my smaller projects. But the next big project is my annual self-portrait, which I'm going to do in oil paint this year! The goal is to go harder with everything I make, I don't want to be producing half-assed shit just for the sake of posting something. I also want to do more studies on the side and general practice, I might post those on my other socials if they turn out well. But all in all I've been working and learning, I do want to comment and socialize on DA more. I've been in this place for 16 goddamn years and while the glory days are long gone I think we can still get good out of it.
New Video + General Updates!
Hello everybody! OZ here to prove I am in fact still around, I probably haven't been absent from posting for that long but I feel like I haven't posted anything new in a bit. I just posted a new video on YouTube sharing a tour of an older sketchbook: Right now I am running on a very tight schedule between work, art, and general life so I'm focusing on a small batch of important projects. I've got a big contest entry, a cover commission, and a small number of comic pages that need to be done. With both deadlines and Inktober on the horizon I need to light a fire under my ass to get everything done. Speaking of fires being lit, I need to go make some cinnamon rolls!
New Video + General State of the Union
Hello everybody! I hope everyone is having a lovely day, St. Patrick's Day is almost upon us and as a Celtaboo I'm pretty damn pumped. First off, I have a new ArtSnacks unboxing video up on my channel, it was a quick and fun piece to make! I've been sick for a bit, multiple times in the last three months even, so I'm not as much on my A game as I'd like, but I've got some big plans that I'm going to do my best to accomplish to the best of my ability! A lot of those plans are comic related, I have several projects all occupying space in my brain and unfortunately I just came up with the best storyline for future issues of Brain Fart Comix that might go for 5 issues, so there's some planning that needs to be done there, lol. But I have a comic that I HOPE LIKE HELL will be finished next month. I've also wanted to re-draw a Beowulf comic I made back in high school for a class project. The end goal is to always make the best art that I can, and as always I resolve to go harder
Review video of my MOST SOUGHT-AFTER COMIC?!
Today I am absolutely delighted to share this comic with you all, it's a comic I've wanted to get my hands on, even at the cost of my own sanity. I finally found it in the $1 bin of a local comic store and was all too happy to take it and rid their building of the curse that undoubtedly has been on the building since they've had it. The comic of course, is "Warrior", a series written by former WWF champion Ultimate Warrior, presumably while on cocaine because I sure as fuck don't know what's happening in it. I've been wanting to find this thing for a very long time, since reading up on the series on i-mockery.com like, over 15 years ago?! I remember doing art of this character back in middle school just for funsies. It's simultaneously even better and so much worse than I could have ever imagined and I'm so happy.
